Dear Mom and Dad, As I have mentioned before, I want a dog. Before you say anything, I would like to give my reasons why owning a dog is my dream, and I’d like to answer some of your questions about keeping a dog. There are some positive and negative effects. to having a dog. So now continue reading, and I hope I can convince you to get me one. I would like to keep a dog, but not only for my own good. I hear that they can help old people to live longer, and you know how Abueltia lives with us. I got the idea, that she might like the puppy. Another reason that you might think of getting the dog is because you know how I don’t enjoy doing exercise. Maybe this might be a way of me liking it. A main reason we might consider of getting a dog is because in case of an earthquake the dog can warn us ahead of time like a minute, it might just help us remain calm. And in another emergency it can help us with, is when a head seizer and if your on the top bunk or driving it can help you by warning you 30 seconds ahead so you could get off the top bunk or pulling over the car. And lastly, it helps all of us because it can keep us all happy by always being there for us. There are so many reasons to having a dog I can’t name them all! As I mentioned before, there might be some problems to keeping the dog but I have most of the solutions. First you might say that I might not take care of the dog well like for example, not taking it a shower, but I promise I will do it, I now I have said that before but this is different I know how it feels to have a lost one because I didn’t take care of it well I have now changed I am getting older and I need to have a responsibility and I promise you also that getting a dog will not effect my grades on the other hand it can help me raise them like, it could encourage me to study more and stuff. Please! Another thing you might object is vet bills but I know a place where it is very cheap in Glendale. Everything falls into place except where to keep the dog. I know a place in my bedroom.
